the following two motions were passed which are in effect until this years AGM
Motion to the Board - By-law #2007/1: to appoint additional voting Director Mr.Doug Meager until next AGM.
Motion to the Board - By-law #2007/2: to appoint past President Mr.Sebastian Pirrone as a voting Director until next AGM.
