Congratulations to Nassim Varasteh on earning the Silver medal at the WKF World Championship in Finland . The membership at large and the directorship of Karate Ontario are proud of this achievement and recognize the efforts and sacrifices of all our athletes. Nassim's dedication to Karate has earned her a spot in world karate history as a world champion in Canada.

NKA AGM Update Revised! October 23, 2005

Please be advised that Notice is hereby given to re-convene the Annual General Meeting of the National Karate Association and continue to conclusion the election process.

Please be advised that there is a change of date and venue for which the NKA AGM is to
re-convene. Please download the official NKA announcement in English or French.

The positions to be elected are now:
1st Vice president
2nd Vice president
Secretary
Treasurer

This meeting is open to all Black Belt members in good standing of this
Association as of July 12, 2006.

Ontario members are encouraged to attend and vote.

I am informed that a meeting consisting of the National Council Members shall be convened by the President-Elect Mr. Norm Gillies after the election processes is concluded.
